Maplecrest Custom Homes is a custom home builder located in Indiana, Pennsylvania. We have home designs available that can be customized to suit anyone’s needs. We encourage our clients to bring us their personalized designs in print. We will review the design and make it uniquely theirs. We also encourage our clients to bring us their ideas which are not in print. In conjunction with the client, we will custom-design their home.

Structural Modulars, Inc. is an industry leader in custom modular construction which means that your building will be constructed in a controlled environment, not subject to weather conditions, vandalism, subcontractor delays, etc.

Site Built vs. Factory Built

On average, a site built home takes six to nine months to complete. A modular home is typically completed in two to four months. This reduction in completion time ultimately results in a greater financial savings for the client. Some financial institutions prefer modular construction because the building is delivered 80%-95% complete, there is a lesser risk of non-performance by the builder, the product is of a high quality and quick turn around times. What all of this means to our clients is a higher quality home, at a lesser price, in a shorter period of time.

Interior Designer

Unlike other home builders, Maplecrest Custom Homes has an interior designer on staff to assist in coordinating styles, colors, textures, etc. at no extra cost to our clients.
